Realising a Vision

Aquaneed was founded in 2001 and is based in Staines, conveniently located for access to the motorway network and clients in both London and the Southeast and the Midlands. The Company’s founders had identified a niche in the market due to the low level of attention to clients’ lifestyle needs when adapting bathroom facilities. The Company assembled a design and project management package to incorporate based on the new, client-oriented, model and received a warm welcome from its first customers.

Establishing our credentials

Within the first two years of its existence, the Company has been overwhelmed with the take up from Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Home Improvement Agencies and Private clients alike – proving that the vision was well-directed and that clients appreciated the refreshing approach that Aquaneed had introduced to the market. With the introduction of a novel CAD design package, schemes could be better designed, discussed and approved with specifiers and clients alike.

The new pedigree

The early success has encouraged staff expansion and the move to larger office and storage premises to enhance all-important customer service levels. Aquaneed continues to expand, with the establishment of further field support teams and customer support staff at the Staines headquarters. The Company is now regularly specified by over thirty Public funding authorities and has an expanding private customer base through referrals and recommendations from satisfied customers.
